Its all Italian leather inside and all the furniture alone was 124 thousand seprate from the cost of the house. The total for the whole house was 624,000. Thats luxury if you ask me you can find it on the same website its unbeliveable! On August 23.2004 the house value moved up to 700,000 he can easily make hes money back and more than what he expected. If i was rich i would buy the gorgeous house but i dont have that kind of money hhahaha. The lucky owner of this house is Alberton Falare hes 58 this year as of May 24,2010.
