The Perfect Man

Can there really a perfect man out there?  For my Cultural Analysis report I had took the time reading tons and tons of Esquire magazines.  What do I see as a Perfect Man? Well for starters, they have the perfect build, they're rich, they get the ladies and they smell.  Many of these people do not have these traits, and many probably won't ever.  In this magazine it talks about what a man right now should be like right now.  The magazine writes on guides to living a better life and guides to getting the ladies.

The Esquire is usually read by male college students and older men.  They give tips on style, ways to talk to women and celebrity interviews. They also show how to cook like a man, and how to take care of kids.  Many people do also ask questions to Esquire and most do get answered. I personally enjoy reading this book because it brings entertainment and gives advices to me on stuff.  While women are reading their own magazines, us men can read this or comics.

The American Ideology is belief that to get women and lots of money you have to look the part of a man.  I personally dont think so because that some people that are overweight, unsuccessful, and poor can sometimes get the girl of their dreams. I personally think that the american belief of a perfect man shouldn't be a athletic and flirty guy, it should be someone with good personality traits.

Well yeah the american idoelogy for men is seemed to be tall, handsome, good looking and buff. But the truth is,like you said is that the personality counts way more than the physical attraction.I mean like really that's why you see [not in a mean way]ugly girls with cute guys or the other way around wich is pretty girls with bad looking boyfriends. Men dont have to be successful, rich or in a perfect shape to get girls but thats how most magazines make it seem. Everyone and every boy is different in style, personality, attitude in getting their ways around a female.
