Agent Wanted Backup Charge in Synagogue Bomb Case, Defense Says

According to Kareen Fahim of the New York Times the F.B.I. was afraid of a case going cold so they had come up for a back up plan for James Cromitie. The F.B.I. had been informed that James wanted to harm the United States and spent six months tracking him down. Appearently Agent Robert Fuller had tried to have Mr. Cromitie to buy and illegal gun to have something to chafge him on in case things went wrong. According the the defense attorny agent Fuller had told of this in e-mails but these e-mails had been striken from the record. Cromitie and the three other defendants say they were lured into a plot by the informant who offered food, money and a car if they particapated. yet prosecuters say they were particapants of a terrorist attack. Some are saying that Cromitie either got distracted and started selling marijuana or was having second thoughts. They had also said that the four defendents planned on blowing up millitary planes with stinger missles. After questioning Mr. Fuller on his e-mails and a name change in a profile the judge rushed to meet the informant Mr. Hussain. I think that this might actually be a set up for James Comitie and his three friends and they might actually be innocent with the lack of evidince. Innocent until proven guilty.
