Getting more than you thought

When people think of $350,00 they probably think i can pay all my bills, buy things i want, or just save it. You can actually get a nice living space right here in California. On Chicago's golden coast you can get a beautiful white condo with one bedroom and one bathroom. The full size is 1,000 square feet. The full price per square feet is $359,00, it is expensive especially with the economy today but it's a preatty good price. It's in a residential neighborhood and a historic district just right down from downtown Chicago. It is a mixture of 19th century manisons, row hosues, and high rises. The old woners of this apartment took down some of the bathroom and put in a bar in a window cutout. Most of the ideas are origonal. It has wooden floors and a fireplace in the living room. Outside of the bedroom there is a dressing room with a mirrored wall. And the last place is the backyard there is a lovely garden in the back for any person who loves outdoor activities such as gardening.
