Oil kills Fishies

According to New York Times on April 20th in the Gulf of Mexico almost 5 million gallons of oil spilled out into the ocean AGAIN because of a wrong decision that was made by either the workers or BP. The penalties mainly go upon Transocean and Halliburton, but mainly on BP because of the Testings that they misread for plugging up the hole for holding the Gazillion amounts of oil that spilled out into the sea. But Mr. Bly said "Halliburton should have done more extensive testing and signaling to BP that there were issues to think about and BP should have done a better job of ensuring that that happened", and then Halliburton denied this by saying "The well owner is responsible for designing the well program and any testing related to the well". Reasons for the oil spillage were using a type of well casing that was cheaper but riskier, and another on was the use of using fewer centralizers. Overall it kind of sucks for all that oil spilled into the ocean and killing all the fishies.

I'm a huge environmentalist. So I've been following this oil spill for a while. It absolutely drives me insane! Honestly, all they are doing is passing on the problem to other people..who aren't doing anything. I'm sad the fish are dying too. D:

This is so sad, and also very annoying. I don't think that we are doing all we can for the poor fish in the oil spill. Obviously this could have been prevented if BP had done their jobs right. If they had just spent a little more money on the casing this might not have happened. It's upsetting to know that all those fish died for a mistake that someone else made.
