Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers, is one of the most decorated gaurds of the National Basketball Association. He was drafted as a 17-year-old in 1996 straight out of highschool by the Charlotte Hornets, but he was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. In his early years, he played with O'Neal, and won three championships. O'Neal was traded in 2004, which angered many Laker fans. Everyone said that Kobe would never get another championship without Shaq, which was true, until 2009. Kobe was so determined to win a championship that he started coaching with Phil Jackson. This was a success because all of the younger players listened to the veteran player, Kobe. Bryant and the Lakers won the championship in 2009 and 2010, in whick Kobe was Finals MVP. In my mind Kobe Bryant is the best player in the NBA EVER.

I disagree that Koby Bryant is the best player of all time. Koby has no records, he is supported by the best team in the league too. LeBron James had a mediocre team and played excellent. Kobe has an amazing team and performed good. Many players in history have played much better than Kobe and I think he will never make hall of fame.
