According to The NewYork Times on September 7th 2010 in Baghdad two American soldiers were killed and nine were wounded on Tuesday when a firefight exploded inside an Iraqi Army base north from Baghdad. American and Iraqi officials said they were the first American casualties since President Obama declared to remove all existing American soldiers out of Iraq. The attack had taken place during a meeting of an American company cammander. The deaths have stirred up an argument and have gotten some officials a bit worried. My opinion it is very scary and a tragedy. American and Iraqi officials said there would be a " detailed investigation " will be held in order to figure out who has done such a thing to two innocent American Soldiers...

I agree with your opinion that this is cary because it shows what many people feared of if we left iraq. Many people feared that f we were to leave iraq the lack of structured law enforcement (the army) would cause chaos across the country. This shows the war is NOT over and it is far too soon to leave. The fact that two innocent soldiers are killed is terrifying. I think this is a horrible tragedy and i pray for the mens familys.
