Extremes

After nine years, New York Times has stated that the public safety radio is still not ready after 9/11. Creating a single nationwide public safety radio station will take many years due to costs and agreements. People from the Federal Communications Commissions are trying to convince others to put airwaves on auction to raise money. But the auction of course did not work, because of prices being under minimum. Working together with commercial and safety networks would save around 9 billion dollars. Honestly, I don’t understand how we haven’t been more on top of this issue. We have spent too much time on arguing and trying to get our way while we should take the time and compromise. If we can save money and the get the job done why not jump at the option? They are looking at options that will take ten or more years. Everyone is waiting for the next extreme to happen...

I actaully had no idea about this, which could mean they arent taking this public safety radio so seriously even though it should be. I agree with what you said about how they should say on top of this.
I like your post and this story is actually quite interesting and appealing
