Homemade Corn Bread

Ingredients: 1 Cup of flour 1/2 Cup sugar 1 Cup corn Meal 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1 Cup milk 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/3 Cup vegetable oil Directions: Pre-Heat oven to 350 F Mix wet ingredient with each other in one bowl, then mix dry ingredients in another bowl. Once both of properly mixed, combine the dry bowl with the wet bowl, then mix until blended. Put the blended mix into muffin cups, or large pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes, then let it cool.

Your cornbread was pretty delicious. It was very fluffy! I don't plan on making it but it was very yummy. definitely beat Mr. Shawn's.
